Information is the key that lies at the core of the entire project. That’s why, for the MAKEING team, communication comes first. At the core of our collaboration, we create a Questionnaire doc that focuses on what truly matters.

When the overall scope of the project is clear in our minds, we put it down on “paper” — an Agreement doc. This allows us to formally outline, for both parties, the steps to be taken throughout the project’s implementation.

The goal of every project we take on is to create a top-tier niche website with a strong focus on conversion. Niche & Competitor Analysis gives us a clear understanding of the key points we need to target to win this battle for a place in the industry.

A unique idea is the foundation of every project we complete. A website is a core part of a business that shapes the company’s image online — which is why we refine every concept down to the smallest detail.

Once we’ve developed a unique concept, we move on to the project’s informational skeleton — creating a UX prototype of all pages and their sections in Figma. At this stage, we lay the foundation for the content and its first structural visualization.

Step-by-step progression ensures that every stage of the project is fully aligned. That’s why we start UI design with a single page — and sometimes even just a part of it. This approach helps us set the right direction for the overall website design.

Based on the approved UI design for the first page, creating the inner pages becomes much easier. We deliver a complete set of layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile in Figma — all built with components, as they should be.

Every website design — even when it’s a web application — is accompanied by a UI Kit & Animation Guide. We carefully plan out the states of interactive elements, the behavior of different blocks, interactivity, motion, and user interactions — every detail is thoughtfully designed.

A well-thought-out design gains real value when it comes to life as a functional website through our dedicated work. We build it to be fully operational, fast, responsive, and equipped with a user-friendly admin panel.

After all checks are completed — both on our side and the client’s — we ensure the complete transfer of the finished website to the client’s ownership. We connect and configure all necessary services on the live domain, making everything fully operational.

The website is entirely in the client’s hands after our dedicated work, and of course, we allow time for the owner to review all aspects of the site that matter to them and interact with it firsthand.
